Chardonnay from 40 years old vines, farmed organically and planted on a very beautiful terroir of Château-Chalon, limestone soils with some stones and marls. Natural vinification: a long and soft pressing, fermentations and two years of aging in barrels of a few wines. Bottled at the Estate, unfined, unfiltered, zero sulphur.
