Les Bottes Rouges

La Pépée - 2018 - Jean Baptiste Menigoz - Magnum

A Pinot Noir cuvée from vines around 40 years old, farmed organically and planted on clayey soils. Bottled in spring 2019 with a micro-dose of sulphur.
