100% Pinot Noir from 40-year-old vines, cultivated organically at the Les Trouillots vineyard site, a limestone terroir in Gryphées. Yield: 45 hl/ha. The grapes are harvested by hand, de-stemmed, macerated 15 days, followed by fermentation, malolactic fermentation and maturation for 12 months in barrels and vats. An unfiltered wine, with ZERO sulphur!
