Poulsard En Trouillots Bâtard - 2018 - Valentin Morel

100% Poulsard from 40-year-old vines in conversion to organic viticulture and planted on Trias-era marls. The grapes are harvested by hand, of course, followed by 12 days of maceration, fermentation, malolactic fermentation and 8 months maturation in vats. Neither filtered nor fined, and zero sulphur!
