Another otherworldly cuvée by Fanfan. A sweet passerillé wine, with a nose of apricot, fig, and quince. The palate is balanced, dense, and syrupy, with beautiful freshness, length, and notes of spice. A cuvée that will leave you, as the French say, Sul Q (sur le cul) – dumbfounded and “on your bottom”!

A micro-cuvée in 37.5 cl bottle, made from a blend of old Jura grape varieties. The grapes were laid out to dry on beds of straw for 5 months! This natural wine is sulphur-free, and neither fined nor filtered.

Jean-François Ganevat represents the 14th generation of vignerons of his family in Rotalier, in the south of Jura. After years working as the cellar master of Jean-Marc Morey in Chassagne-Montrachet, he took over his family’s estate in 1998.
