Chardonnay from 60 years old vines farmed organically, planted in the village of Lavigny on white marls ("terres blanches" in french). Natural vinification: long and soft pressing, 24 months of aging in 228 litres barrels of a few wines. This is a topped-up cuvée, non-oxydative. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the Estate, zero sulphites added.
