100% Trousseau from 40-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on limestone soils in Gryphées. The grapes are harvested by hand, of course, followed by 20 days of maceration, fermentation, malolactic fermentation and 8 months maturation in vats. Neither filtered nor fined, and zero sulphur!
