A blended cuvée: 70% Carignan (90 years old) and 30% Mourvèdre (15 years old), grown on schist in the commune of Vieussan in the Saint-Chinian appellation area. Yields: 12 hl/ha. Vinification: non-interventionist, maceration (almost an infusion in fact) 60 days with whole bunches. Matured in old barrels for 30 months. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added. 1400 bottles produced.
