A blended cuvée: 50% Carignan (95 years old), 25% Cabernet Sauvignon (35 years old) and 25% Mourvèdre, grown on schist in the commune of Vieussan in the St Chinian appellation area. Yields: 25 hl/ha. Vinification: non-interventionist, maceration 70 days with whole bunches. Matured in vats for 10 months. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added. 2400 bottles produced.
