A 100% Grenache Noir cuvée from young vines cultivated organically, on stony clayey-limestone soils in the commune of Paziols. The grapes are harvested by hand, and yields are kept tightly under control. Natural vinification without any additives: whole bunches of grapes, semi-carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, and maturation in stainless steel and concrete tanks for seven months. Neither fined nor filtered, and bottled in April 2021, with just a microdose of sulphur.
