A blended cuvée: 20% Cinsault (45 years old) and 80% Syrah (35 years old), grown on schist soils in the commune of Vieussan, in the Saint Chinian appellation area. Yeilds: 15 hl/ha. Vinification: non-interventionist, maceration (almost an infusion in reality) 70 days with whole bunches. Matured in vats for 10 months. Neither filtered nor fined, with zero sulphur added. 1400 bottles produced.
