A 100% natural Pinot Noir. The parcel was formerly used to make the estate’s sparkling wines. The subsoil of this terroir is gneiss and orthogneiss. The yields are low at 25-30 hl/ha, with 3700 bottles produced. The vinification is very respectful, hand picking, whole bunches, reception of harvest by gravity, 10 days in vats, indigenous yeasts, no fining, no filtration, no sulphur added. Matured in amphorae for 10 months.
