Chenin - 2023 - Marie Devigne et Guillaume Hagnier
Dantelezh
Instant favorite during the tasting. The nose opens with notes of citrus, candied lemon, and dried fruits. Palate: full-bodied, with delightful lemony aromatics, and an intensely saline, mouthwatering finish. Irresistibly addictive and delicious.

100% Chenin from vines planted in Spring 2020 in Sarzeau (Souther Brittany), on a 0.8 ha East-West facing plot with clay-sandy soils. The vineyard has been organically farmed since the planting. Hand-harvested on the 21st of September, followed by a 3-hour pneumatic press, fermented with neutral yeasts in stainless steel tanks, aged on lees in these same tanks, and bottled on the 6th of April 2024, without fining or filtration, sulfur added in order to protect the wine (73 mg/l of total SO2).
Marie Devigne et Guillaume Hagnier
Marie Devigne and Guillaume Hagnier are the proud parents of two little ones and of a few newly planted vines in... Brittany!
