A smooth Sauvignon, without any trace of over-ripeness, with complex notes of white fruits, flowers, mango, and grapefruit... A pure, fruity palate with flavours of citrus fruits. A tonic, refreshing white wine. Worth decanting.

100% Sauvignon from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on silty-sandy, colluvial soils. Harvested by hand, of course. In the winery: fermentation and maturation for one year in 400-litre demi-muid barrels that have seen several wines. Neither filtered nor fined, of course, with only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling. The result is less than 10 mg/litre of total SO2!
Noëlla Morantin decided to plunge into a whole new career at the age of 28. Dropping everything, she enrolled in a viticulture and oenology programme, which soon led to a series of internships with such quality names as Agnès and René Mosse in Anjou, and Philippe Pacalet in Burgundy… Her growing CV would impress Junko Araï, a Japanese importer who also owned vines in France happened to be...All wines
