Old vines of Gamay Saint-Romain, planted 80 years ago and farmed with organic and biodynamic methods, on a terroir of clay and granite soils.A 1.7-hectare walled vineyard, situated at an altitude of 515 metres, facing East. Ploughing, natural grass cover crops, disbudding, leaf thinning as well as harvesting by hand are all practiced. Vinification: 75% de-stemmed, maceration for 18 days, some punching down of the cap, and maturation for 11 months in 500-litre barrels and casks that have seen several wines.
