Blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir from organically grown vines. The grapes were bought from Mathieu Coste, a winemaker based in Saint-Père who shares the same values as Clos Tue Bœuf: the whole vineyard is organic and certified by Ecocert. Natural vinification, gentle pressing, one year of aging, bottling at the estate without fining nor filtration, just a tiny dose of sulfur.

Thierry Puzelat took over the family estate a few decades ago, 13 ha in Touraine, in the Loir-et-Cher. Time and a series of encounters would put him on the path to natural wines.
