A complex nose: citrus notes, light touch of white fruits, hint of mineral. Expressive on the palate, a lot of tension, it's sharp, it's refreshing and it's like a little slap in the face! A very interesting expression of the grape variety.

100% Sauvignon made from organically grown vines planted on limestone soils in the Cher Valley. The grapes were bought to winegrowers who share the same values, this is a négoce cuvée. Natural vinification: direct pressing, aging in dolia, those Italian sandstone amphorae. Bottled at the estate on March 16th, 2020 without any fining nor filtration, and zero sulfur.
