L. D'Ange - 2017 - Alexandre Bain

A ripe, crisp, complex Sauvignon, with delicate notes of white flowers and hawthorn. An intense wine, more characteristic of Pouilly than his others. With a fruity, saline, mineralesque finish. Some gas may remain in the bottle.

A superb terroir which brings structure, length and finesse to the wine. This cuvée has no sulphur added. The yields are around 40 hl/ha, and the wine matured 24 months in vats.
