Domaine Pierre Olivier Bonhomme
L'Ormeau des Deux Croix - 2018 - Pierre Olivier Bonhomme
A nose with notes of white fruits and almonds in their shells. The palate is round and rich, perfectly balanced – this is some luscious juice, with a long finish and a hint of brioche. A must for lovers of Chenin Blanc... and of great wine in general!

This cuvée bears the name of a vineyard parcel, located in Monthou-sur-Bièvre. 100% Chenin, made from vines farmed organically and planted on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand. Vinification: direct pressing, transfer to barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation. Micro-filtration and a microdose of sulphur before bottling to protect the wine, as it still contains a few grams of residual sugar.
