100% Gamay from several soils. A cuvée made from grapes sourced from 60-70-year-old vines.... Viticulture and vinification are 100% natural: semi-carbonicmaceration (this is the vice president of France’s natural wine association after all). Yields are around 50 hl/ha. A ZERO sulphur cuvée, matured 6 months in conical oak vats and demi-muid barrels.

Jean-Marie and Thierry Puzelat took over the family estate around 20 years ago, 13 hectares in Touraine, in the Loir-et-Cher. Time and a series of encounters would put them on the path to natural wines.
