Lapsus - 2019 - Olivier Bellanger

Perfect harmony and balance of the two grape varieties: explosion of red and black fruits on the nose, the Côt brings at the same time depth, substance and freshness on the palate, finish on a touch of sweet spices.

Lapsus is actually a blending mistake that turned out great! This cuvée was supposed to be a 100% Gamay, in the end it is 2/3 of Gamay and 1/3 of Côt that has been bottled, Olivier inverted his vats!
