A blend that changes with each vintage – this year it is composed of 70% Gamay and 30% Cabernet Franc, from vines farmed organically. The grapes are harvested by hand. Separate vinification of the two grape varieties, and 7 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. The juices are blended at the time of racking. Bottled at the estate in March 2020, with a microdose of sulphur.
