A 100% Cabernet Franc cuvée, from 45-to-65-year-old vines grown on a gravel terroir (from a former riverbed of the Vienne – gravelly/sandy), onmounds with a limestone foundation, and from a parcel on sandy soils. Farmed organically, and certified AB and Ecocert. Manual harvesting, with yields of around 35 hl/ha. Traditional vinification in stainless steel vats, vinification by gravity, maturation in Bordeaux barrels for 12 months. 2 g/hl of sulphur at bottling.
