100% Chenin. From 60-year-old vines grown on silty-flinty soils and located in Montlouis. The estate is certified organic by ECOCERT. Made from late harvested grapes, in some cases botrytised. Vinification: direct pressing, transfered to barrels, 10 months maturation in 400-litre barrels. No fining, a light diatomaceous earth filtration, and bottled in July 2019 with only 1 g/hl of sulphur.
