A blended cuvée, of 50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. From vines between 5 and 55 years old cultivated around Saint-Lambert-du-Lattay, with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic. Vinification: carbonic maceration for 3 weeks, natural yeasts, blending of free-run and press juices, then 10 months maturation in vats. Zero sulphur at bottling this year.
