Jean-Christophe Garnier
Likor - 2015 - Jean Christophe Garnier
A wine with pastry-like character. On the nose, beautiful freshness, followed by candied and oxidative notes. Palate: powerful and concentrated, with an interesting balance between acidity, body and rancio aromas. A cuvée that expresses the power of noble rot as found only in Anjou liquoreux wines, but with only 10.5% alcohol!

A 100% Chenin cuvée, from 30-60-year-old vines grown on carboniferous shales, in the area of La Roche, cultivated with the greatest respect for nature, and certified organic. Vinification: direct pressing, natural yeasts, and maturation in barrels without topping up for 4 years. Bottled without filtering, and zero sulphur, this is all natural. A 50 cl bottle

And – considering the quality of the wines, and the commitment and sacrifice of this fine fellow – all at ridiculously low prices! There, we said it. Trained by the Parcé brothers in Banyuls, then...
