With notes of candied lemon and fennel, the ageing of this wine is discernable on the nose, giving it serious stature and elegance... On the palate: dense, rich, a Sauvignon for dining, with beautiful length.

Olivier Bellanger, child of the '78 vintage, grandson and nephew of vignerons, lives in Monthou-sur-Cher.
