A single variety cuvée, from grapes grown on a soil of flinty clay over white flinty chalk known as craie de Blois. The vines are around 40 years old. Viticulture and vinification are 100% natural. Yields are around 40 hl/ha. Matured 6 months in demi-muid and Burgundy barrels. Very little sulphur.

Jean-Marie et Thierry Puzelat reprennent l'exploitation familiale de 13 hectares il y a une vingtaine d'années. Welcome in Touraine, dans le Loir-et-Cher. Ce sont le temps et les rencontres qui vont les mettre sur la voie des vins natures. En 1999, les frangins décident de vinifier pour leur propre compte et de ne plus tomber dans la facilité des revenus "garantis" de la coopérative du coin....
