A blend of 45% Pineau d'Aunis, 30% Pinot Noir and 25% Gamay, from vines grown biodynamically and planted on flinty clay soils. Yields are around 25 hl/ha. Grapes are harvested by hand (of course). The three grape varieties are vinified together in a non-interventionist way. Matured 10 months in barrels that have seen several wines, and bottled unfiltered, with zero sulphur (of course)...
