Domaine Pierre Olivier Bonhomme
Sauvignon - 2019 - Pierre Olivier Bonhomme
A wine that casts aside every "cliché" about Sauvignon and its typical varietal notes! Here we have a rich nose with notes of white fruit, lime blossom and candied lemon. Palate: beautifully ripe, the fruit is supported by a mineral structure, with a long finish ending on a salty note.

Bottled at the estate at the end of March 2020.
