La Piffaudière

Suspension - 2016 - Olivier Bellanger

A concentrated, rich nose of black fruits, with notes of Amarena cherries... In the mouth: spicy, smooth, with lovely length. This bottle will marry very well with the region’s cheeses – excellent with a soft ash-covered goat cheese.

Vinified without additives, and only a micro-dose of sulphur at bottling.
