A blend of 40% Côt and 60% Cabernet Franc from vines around 40 years old, farmed organically and planted on flinty clay soils in the commune of Pouillé. The vines are owned by Mikaël Bouges, an organic winegrower certified by ECOCERT. Harvested at maturity at two different times, thus the two grape varieties are vinified separately.
