A cuvée of 70% Cabernet Franc and 30% Merlot from vines planted on granite soils over white and red quartz. The estate is certified biodynamic by BIODYVIN. In the winery: grapes are transferred to barrels for 15 days of maceration by infusion, followed by gentle pressing to preserve the fruit flavours, and 10 months of maturation in two 400-litre barrels that have seen several wines and one conical barrel. Neither fined nor filtered, with a light dose of sulphites at bottling, for a total of only 15 mg/litre of free SO2.
