Gamay and Grolleau from Puzelat’s negotiant business. Puzelat buys grapes from growers who share his values, in this case Philippe Sallé. He automatically downgrades his wine classification to Vin de France. This cuvée is matured 4 to 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Sensible sulphur use for this cuvée.
