A natural sparkling rosé, blended from Pineau d'Aunis, Grolleau and Menu Pineau. Vinification: direct pressing, fermentation launched in vats, bottled on the 31st of October 2019, and disgorged the 6th of May 2020. An ultra brut sparkling wine, with zero added sulphur!
Hervé Villemade is a natural winemaker situated within the Cheverny appellation. Less of a media darling than his famous neighbour Thierry Puzelat, Hervé and his 25-hectare estate nonetheless have nothing to be shy about.
