A single-vineyard cuvée, a blend of Cinsault (95%) with a bit of Grenache planted in the same parcel. From young vines planted in 2010 on clay-limestone soils just behind the small chapel on the estate, and cultivated biodynamically. The wine spends an extended period in vats, with indigenous yeasts, gentle pressing, and maturation in large barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero sulphur.
