Le Clos 2009 was the last vintage before this parcel was grubbed up and replanted. Thus, 2018 represents the return of one of the estate’s most emblematic cuvées! A blend of Grenache and Syrah from vines cultivated organically and planted on soils of Quaternary-period alluvial debris, gravel and sand. Vinification: maceration of whole grape bunches for one week, followed by gentle pressing, and 24 months of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled with only a microdose of sulphur.
