A blend of 25% Mourvèdre, 25% Grenache Noir, 25% Carignan and 25% Cinsault, from 50-year-old vines farmed organically and facing northeast, on a very cool terroir. Hand-picked in small crates. Bottled with a micro dose of sulphur.
