Blend: 30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Rolle, 20% Roussanne, 20% Marsanne, from 18-year-old vines, grown on limestone scree with a subsoil of blue marl.The estate has been making cuvées without sulphur since 2000 and left the Baux-de-Provence AOC in 2006. Vinification: direct pressing, with indigenous yeasts, and neither fined nor filtered, matured 1 year in casks. ZERO sulphur added.
