Old Grenache vines farmed biodynamically, from a small parcel of the northern slopes of Vinsobres, in the area known as La Bicarelle, with soils ranging from marl to clay and from sand to pebbles. The grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard, and yields of 20 hl/ha. Vinification: a prolonged maceration, followed by gentle pressing, and one year of maturation in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and zero sulphur.
