A cuvée of 100% Serine, a local, historic variety of Syrah. Vines are 80 years old, from two parcels planted by massal selection, situated on the heights of the commune of Ampuis. Farmed organically, with natural grassing between the rows. Yields are lower here, but the wines are richer and more complex. The grapes are harvested by hand, of course. Vinification is natural without any additives, and 13 months of maturation in oak barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur.
