A blended cuvée of Marsanne and Roussanne from organically farmed vines, planted on the estate’s highest parcel, 70-year-old vines facing south, on a gentle slope with little to no soil, only decomposed granite. Traditional vinification, no additives, direct pressing, maturation in demi-muids or barrels. Bottled without filtration or sulphur between August and October, depending on the vintage.
