Grenache Syrah - 2017 - Aurélien Houillon - Magnum
An intense nose of jammy black fruit and spices... Palate: lovely body, fine, lavish tannins, extremely fruity... Considering this was his first shot at winemaking, Aurélien seems to be a born marksman. Now we’ll have to wait a little to see how the wines evolve in the bottle – this cuvée had the most barrel ageing of all the 2017s.

Yields are around 20 hl/ha, and grapes are hand harvested. Vinification: 100% de-stemmed, 10 weeks of maceration. The savoir-faire instilled in him would then be put in to practice elsewhere and upon...All wines
