Domaine Gramenon
La Belle Sortie - 2019 - Michèle Aubéry

A blend of Grenache and Syrah from 15- to 40-year-old vines, farmed biodynamically and planted at 300 metres altitude on the Taulignan plateau, on clay-limestone soils. The grapes are harvested by hand, with sorting in the vineyard and cellar, and yields of 35 hl/ha. Vinification: the grapes are partially destemmed, macerated 15 days in cement vats, with indigenous yeasts, followed by gentle pressing, and six months of maturation in vats. Bottled at Easter, without fining or filtration, and zero sulphur.
