This is a negociant cuvée, the grapes were bought following the massive storms of 2019. Yields: 45 hl/ha, blend of 90% Grenache and 10% Syrah. Vinification: indigenous yeasts, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Racked, filtered and bottled in February 2020 with a pinch of sulphur (2g/hl).
David Reynaud, today in his forties, took over the family estate in 2000, and from the beginning, wanted to convert the vineyard to biodynamics. In 2002, he stopped delivering his grapes to the cooperative, which was uninterested in his desire to improve his work methods!
