A blend of several grape varieties planted on different plots in Lirac, with terroirs of clay and quartz on a limestone plateau: 50% Grenache Noir, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah, 10% Cinsault and Carignan. The vines are farmed organically and harvested by hand, with restricted yields. Vinification: whole grape bunches, carbonic maceration, gentle pressing, then maturation of half of the wine in vats and half in barrels that have seen several wines. Neither fined nor filtered, and just a microdose of sulphur 10 days before bottling in mid-July 2020.
