100% Mourvèdre from vines around twenty years old, farmed organically and planted on sandy soils that make up the terroir of Lirac. The grapes are harvested by hand when ripe using small crates, with sorting on the vine, and controlled yields. In the cellar: direct pressing, 10 months maturation in barrels and demi-muids that have seen several wines. No additives, and ZERO sulphur. Bottled at the estate in June 2020.
