100% Syrah from vines farmed biodynamically and planted on clay-limestone soils in Saint Victor Lacoste. The grapes are picked by hand, with tightly controlled yields: around 30 hecto/ha. Natural vinification without any additives: semi-carbonic maceration of whole grape bunches for a week, saignée (bleeding off part of the juice to concentrate the wine), gentle pressing to preserve the fruit, blending of free-run and press juices. Matured three months in stainless steel vats. Bottled December 2020 without fining or filtration. No added sulphites.

Bernard Duseigneur arrived 20 years ago at the eponymous estate founded by his father, a true wine enthusiast who had just returned from Portugal.
