A 100% Roussanne cuvée. Traditional vinification, no additives, direct pressing, maturation in demi-muid barrels between 12 and 14 months. No filtration. The wines of Dard & Ribo will be commented on sparingly, as René-Jean prefers not to communicate about his wines. As he puts it, “Sulphur, no sulphur, the age of the vines… we could care less about all that. If it tastes good, it tastes good, period.”
