From a parcel grown in the commune of Tournon-sur-Rhône, a blend of 90% Marsanne and 10% Roussanne. Vines planted in 1995 on red clay, facing northeast, with a gentle slope. Only grapes from the upper portion of the parcel enter into the cuvée. Vinification is traditional, without additives, direct pressing, matured in demi-muid barrels. No filtration. Bottled without sulphur between August and October depending on the cuvée. No filtration. An ultra-confidential cuvée, with only 220 bottles produced.
